I found Bridge to Terabithia to be a very enjoyable book. It was a very adventurous book. Jess and Leslie did not seem like they would be best friends like they are. It seemed very unlikely. I found out they were very passionate about each other. I was very upset at the end of the book to find out they had gotten so close for them to get into a very very very big fight and for Leslie to run off. Then later to find out she had died going across the rope to “Terabithia”. At the funeral gathering at Leslie house, Jess brought her parents the dog she had wanted right before she died. In fact he was getting her the dog to make up for the fight. After this happened he was very depressed. At the end of the book I had to practically fight back the tears. I strongly recommend this book. It is a great fantasy for ages 8 through 15.

    The book seems to go into detail better than the movies. But I do like both.
