Five flavors of Dumb by Antoni John was an inspiring book. Getting to follow the journey that Piper a deaf teenage girl gets to take really made me like I would be able to take on my every day challenges myself. Whether it be a new curse in my life, a challenge I need to over come or just trying to figure out everything that’s been going on in my life. After reading this book I feel as though I can take on the world. I especially liked how Piper did not let her disability stop her from becoming her bands manager. This book teaches young girls and adults a like that you can accomplish anything in life if you want it bad enough.
