I thought Ironman was a good, fun read. First of all, I liked how it was not too long, but just right. Many people could really connect to Ironman because it’s about a teenage boy who’s having trouble with his parents at home, getting bullied, and having trouble with his teacher. I liked this book because it really showed how you really have to think before making a action. For example, when Bo, the protagonist, thought that football was away too hard for him and didn’t like the coach, he went ahead and quit. He should have thought things through before just jumping to that conclusion. It also taught me how that you sometimes don’t always get it your way, and you have to give in. For instance, when his father said not to spend his money that he gave him he went ahead and did. He could’ve compromised instead. Even though this book had some slow parts, this book was really good and it had good life lessons.
