Summary: This is the story of a “tombebeetle” who, attempts to save himself from being eaten by a big “spinspider” by telling her the story of two creatures who are called Otterwells who save their whole people by finding out where they were losing water in a drought.
Review: I thought it was a pretty cute story. It would make a wonderful movie. The author would add a made-up word or a random word to a normal one like dog or spider. I think this story would be perfect for children 7-9 years old because it is a small chapter book and it really seems written for that age group.
